September 20, 2017 – Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited announced today the hire of Connie Bartels, who will join the company as finance manager. Within this role, Bartels will be focused on financial statement reporting, human resources matters and other financial responsibilities. The announcement was made by company CEO/owner Duane Jasper.

Bartels comes to Travel Leaders / Destinations Unlimited with over three years of experience at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids as the disbursement supervisor/senior payroll coordinator. Prior to that role, she was business manager with KFXA/KGAN TV for over 15 years. Bartels joins Linda VanWey, who has led the finance department for the last 30 years and plans to retire in mid-2018.
