Terms and Conditions

This stay is subject to availability of
a Resort room, and is valid from October 20, 2009 thru October 31,
2010.

Travel is not permitted during
holiday, convention periods, and special events. Additional
black out dates include: 11/21/09 - 11/28/09, 12/17/09 - 1/2/10,
3/6/10-3/27/10, 4/3/10-4/17/10, 7/1/10-8/31/10

Reservations will be made in accordance
with your first, second and third choices of travel dates.

Travel dates need to be submitted 45
days or more prior to your earliest travel date.

All travel is subject to availability.

Winner must be 21 years of age or
older.

Applicable air taxes and surcharges per
person are not included and must be paid by the winner. Taxes are non-
refundable. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card,
cashiers check or money order, no personal checks are accepted.

Winner and companion will be required
to sign waiver and release agreement at the time reservation are
requested.

Once a reservation has been made,
absolutely no changes, extensions, or cancellations are
permitted. This includes name changes and extensions to the
original travel dates.

Prize is non-transferable, may not be
substituted and has no cash value.

If trip is not taken, prize will be
forfeited.

Winner and companion have a valid US
Passport prior to departure date. Reservations will not be rebooked or
revised if travelers does not possible a valid passport by their date
of departure.

If winner or companion is not a US
citizen, a Visa made be required at the winner's expense.

Drawing at 4:00 PM on Sunday, October
11th. Winner need not be present.
