Destinations Unlimited, inc. and WMT Radio reserve the right to take photos during any part of the tour and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with Destinations Unlimited, inc., group members agree to allow their images to be used in such photos. Group members who prefer that their images not be used are asked to advise their group escort at the beginning of the tour.

All passengers are required to have a passport valid through March 20, 2011. Non-US citizens must have a valid passport and advise Destinations Unlimited, inc. of your nationality at the time of deposit.

Travel insurance is highly recommended and available through Destinations Unlimited, inc. If the insurance premium is paid within 14 days of deposit, pre-existing conditions are covered, some limitations apply. Optional BizPack coverage is also available to protect against business-related reasons for cancellation: (Required to work, business/company merger, business unsuitable due to fire, flood, natural disaster or burglary). If you decline Access America insurance, we strongly advise the purchase of travel insurance through another broker.

Travelers on this tour should be in reasonably good health. Some of the included components may not be able to accommodate those with special needs. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to guests with walking, dining or other personal needs.

Destinations Unlimited, inc., Clear Channel, WMT, Globus, all applicable airlines and all tour operators, escorts and providers are not responsible for accidents, loss, detention, damage to baggage and property, for personal injuries, annoyance delays and expenses arising from the same, quarantine, war, weather, strikes, force majeure, or any other means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, discontinuance or change in transit or hotel services and other causes over which they may have no control.
