Enjoy a
leisurely morning before boarding the Diamond Princess, the

Inside
Passage
Spend a full
day cruising the protected waters of the Inside Passage. Enjoy the
procession of birds and sea mammals on British Columbia’s spectacular
coastline. Listen to the naturalist talk about Alaskan marine life. Spend
the afternoon whale watching in the Inside Passage. (B,L,D)

Ketchikan
The
"Salmon Capital" of the world was once the ancestral home of the
Tlingit, Haida and Tsimshian tribes. Ketchikan boasts the world’s
largest totem pole collection, which is not only a major attraction, but
also a continuing art form. Take an optional tour, or explore the

Juneau, the
capital of Alaska, boasts a rich history, a delightful shopping district,
beautiful glaciers and stunning views of both water and mountains. You may

Skagway
Known by
hopeful gold rushers as the "Gateway to the Klondike Gold
Fields," Skagway retains its former flavor with an outstanding
collection of memorabilia. It is also home to the renowned White Pass and

Glacier
Bay National Park
Be sure to
be on deck to view the stunning scenery as you glide through Glacier Bay.
The bay is a natural habitat for marine life such as whales, seals,
porpoises and sea otters. Experience the majesty and power of the actively
calving glaciers, as icebergs thunder and crash into the sea around you.

Fjord
Enjoy a full
day of scenery as we cruise into Prince William Sound, surrounded by lofty
mountains and indented with dozens of glacier-carved fjords. These fjords
are home to Alaska’s greatest concentration of tidewater glaciers. (B,L,D)

Whittier/Anchorage
Disembark in
Whittier. Then, along the gorgeous Seward Highway, an Alaska Scenic Byway,
we’ll be treated to an array of beautiful sights. Enjoy a stop at the
Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Later we’ll arrive in sparkling
Anchorage, gateway to the wilderness.(B) |

Denali
Travel
aboard the Denali Express’ panoramic glass-domed railcars that sweep us
on a spectacular ride through Alaska’s interior. This journey is as
dazzling as it is historic. All around us will be the majestic heartland
scenery while onboard guides offer commentary on what you are seeing. We
will arrive at the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge with its dazzling
location on the picturesque Nenana River, offering comfort in one of the
most beautiful settings imaginable.

feeling rested and ready to go. During our Tundra Wilderness Tour into
Denali National Park, watch for moose, bear, caribou and Dall sheep. Views
of Polychrome Pass, the Toklat River and the potential views of Mt.
McKinley from Stony Hill Overlook are unforgettable. Relax this evening at
your leisure.

Fairbanks
Travel by
scenic motorcoach to friendly Fairbanks. Journey into the past on the
Sternwheeler Riverboat Cruise, which includes a stop at a Native village
and a visit to an Iditarod ®
dog sled kennel. Later, take a tour of the city. Then step back in time at
the famous El Dorado Gold Mine where we can try our hand at panning for
gold.

Air
Arrangements
Discounted
group air arrangements are available. Luggage restrictions and
charges may apply, and will be advised.
If you choose to secure your own flight arrangements, your
arrival and departure times must match our group air schedule to
qualify for the included airport transportation. There will be no
refund for unused tour components.
Group rate is based on 18 cabins sold. All rates, government
fees, port charges and taxes are those in effect at time of printing
and are subject to change.
*Princess Cruises reserves the right to reinstate a fuel
supplement for all passengers at up to $9.00 USD per person per day
should the price of light sweet crude oil according to the NYMEX
(New York Mercantile Exchange Index) increase above $70.00 USD per
barrel.

Destinations
Unlimited, inc. and WMT Radio reserve the right to take photos during any
part of the tour and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a
reservation with Destinations Unlimited, inc., group members agree to
allow their images to be used in such photos. Group members who prefer
that their images not be used are asked to advise their group escort at
the beginning of the tour.
PROOF OF
CITIZENSHIP
All
passengers are required to have a passport valid through December 31,
2010. Non-US citizens must have a valid passport and advise Destinations
Unlimited, inc. of your nationality at the time of deposit.
TRAVEL
INSURANCE
Travel
insurance is highly recommended and available through Destinations
Unlimited, inc. If the insurance premium is paid within 14 days of
deposit, pre-existing conditions are covered, some limitations apply.
Optional BizPack coverage is also available to protect against
business-related reasons for cancellation: (Required to work,
business/company merger, business unsuitable due to fire, flood, natural
disaster or burglary). If you decline Access America insurance, we
strongly advise the purchase of travel insurance through another broker.
RESPONSIBILITY
Destinations
Unlimited, inc., Clear Channel Communications/WMT, Air Carrier, Pan
Pacific Hotel, ground operators, Princess Cruise Lines, the shipowner, and
their affiliates, shall have no liability for loss or damage to baggage
and property, or for personal injuries or delay due to the acts or
omissions of any carrier, hotel operator, restaurant, or any other
supplier of services or facilities caused by weather, strike, war,
quarantine or for any other reason or by the shipowner, and is governed by
the terms and conditions printed on the cruise contract which is issued to
all guests. Please read this contract carefully. Your acceptance of this
cruise constitutes your acceptance of its terms and conditions. The right
is reserved to refuse anyone as a member of the tour at any time.
The itinerary, as published, will be followed as closely as possible.
If, in the shipowner's opinion it is rendered necessary to make changes in
this itinerary, the shipowner will not be responsible for any loss or
expense caused guests by reason of such change; and to withdraw a cruise
before sailing date, in which case the amount paid by the guest will be
refunded; and to decline to accept or retain any person for a cruise,
whether with or without cause, at any time. It is understood and agreed
that a refund may not be made to guests who do not complete a cruise for
any cause whatsoever. |
